it was nice an clean
very small room for me my husband an borther law an baby dog.
We really enjoyed our stay here, we stayed for 5 days skiing. The rooms are warm, clean, we'll situated with everything you need. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again :-)
The hotel staff were very friendly. Althought the aprtment was small it had all the essentials and the location was perfect. Right next to a free parking spot and a few minutes from the bars, restaurants and more importantly- the ski lifts.
* It was rainy. There were no visitors in october. It's almost halloween...; but real. * Lot of maintenance to do before the winter season.
Very clean, new, well equipped - everything you need for a relaxing stay.
We really enjoyed our stay and couldnt fault anything.
The location is very good, a 2 min walk to take the lift up to the mountains.
In my opinion it is too expensive for what it offers. The beds are terrible, they dont offer usual beds, just portable ones.
Helpfull staff, clean and tidy good location.
Badly sighposted hard to find pavements in need of repair.
The hotel is located centrally in the village, so it is close to the parking and easy access to the ski lifts, places to eat, supermarket, etc...
The bathrooms were unsatisfactory.
Its location is excellent, accomodation is clean and modern with excellent views. We were a Family of 4 with two teenage boys, the two single beds were of a large sise, however, the sofa bed is small and unstable. IKEA furniture but not of a standard for adults. For the price you are paying one would expect to get a decent bed to sleep in. But then again we only stayed two nights and were happy to put up with the discomfort.
Be prepared to be woken up at the crack of dawn by intrepid skiers kitting up with their heavy snow boots all around you as every flat has a locker outside the front door where you can store all your equipment. As mentioned the sofa bed is a very small bed that can just about hold two people of a regular size, but be careful how you distribute your weight as it can very easily topple over LOL!
The Manager and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to drop our bags off early on the day we arrived, and kept them secure for us so that we could spend the rest of the day Skiing before we were checked in properly. The decoration and furnishing/equipment in the Apartment was of a high standard. The heating was fantastic and could be altered by us to meet our own needs-Excellent. The Apartment was also cleaned to a high standard, which was important to us. The view from the Apartment was fantastic and the location was ideal as it was situated in the centre of the resort and very close to the Ski Lifts, Restaurants and Shops.
The bedroom space was very limited and only had an internal window which opened up onto the central landing. Having this open at night felt a bit un- secure and I would not have wanted to use this type of room for babies/young children for this reason.
The rooms/apartment were tiny. And the pictures advertised give a very false perception to the establishment. Apart from that, it wasn't too bad.
We had a 6 person apt, it was adequate but small situated at the rear end of the Plaza Andalucia behind Coviran, leaving a 100m walk to ski lift. Ski lockers outside rooms on same level quite small with no heating, we took our boots into the room to dry. They have tried to update the old apartments with new decoration, and new furnishings. The kitchen is old, only one power socket but had new microwave, kettle toaster and pots etc. Beds were firm and comfortable, top bunk has no safety rail for little kids, bunks in lounge area too, sofa bed small for 2 people. Bathroom was small but clean, beware the hot water is held in a tank, impossible for 6 people to shower well one after the other. Internet was hard to get onto and not great, but with perseverance available. The room was meant to be non smoking but smelt strongly of smoke, and when we asked they had no solution to stop people smoking. To sum up, if you get for a good price it is adequate as you are out all day, unusual layout with bedroom separated by plastic sliding door offering limited privacy. Small, and old with new "bits" . Would be ok for long weekend but for a week will find it lacking and cramped.
We didnt like unheated ski lockers, not enough hot water for 6 people to shower without waiting hour for water to heat, not enough power points in kitchen, smoky smell, no privacy for bedroom with plastic sliding door with holes in, a bit small for 6 people.
Apart from the beautiful modern apartment that we stayed in, I appreciated most the friendly and helpful staff who gave plenty of info and advice. It is good value for money, and most importantly to me it was right in the centre of sierra nevada, which was great after a long day of skiing. I will recommend these apartments to my friends.
